A New Season

Yesterday I attended my final meeting with my Church of God peers as a Church of God credentialled minister.

I voluntarily resigned and surrendered my credentials in order that I can pursue a new, fresh calling on my life from the Lord. This has been the result of many months of prayer, bible reading, heart searching and self examination all of which meant getting very quiet before Him. There have been some times of difficulty but but many more of joy and revelation. Never before in my life and walk have I loved the Lord Jesus so much as I do now and am so very excited about what I believe the Holy Spirit has shown me and where I believe He is leading me.

Politics and etiquette have meant I have been silent on many matters,not wishing to be divisive in any way, but in the coming months and posts I hope to explain a little more fully about simple/house church. At all times I will continue to stress that I do not want to dismantle the institutional church[es] but believe that the time has come for there to be Life in the Gaps!

I wish to issue an open invitation to any of you who read this or hear about what I am doing for the Lord and have questions to come and have a coffee and a chat. Alternatively you might want to ask me round!

As a minister and pastor, my door was always open and remains so now in this new season. I have nothing to hide and welcome open fellowship with any and all.

I urge you all to develop a close, closet [ intimate ] relationship with the Father through the person of Jesus and in the power of His Holy Spirit and be personally inspired to pursue your own revelation of His plan to prosper you in all good things.

May the Heavenly Father bless you richly as you look to Him and Him alone for life and strength and godliness.

Christopher Booker of the Daily Telegraph is a hard headed, no nonsense, factual journalist and I don’t always agree with what he says, but he does present his case with statistical and factual integrity.

Interesting that the Times hasn’t published any of my comments or the link in their supposed ‘Have your say’ section following most of their articles. It would have been ok presumably if I’d been venting the usual hysterical venom directed against anyone who dares to say that the emperor’s clothes need to be a little more cosy to cope with the coming years!

Thirty Million Pounds – a week!

This is the average amount of money I’m being offered every week by scammers and phishers from Africa [ who are usually dying from various combinations of serious illness and may or may not have needy dependents ] who want my assistance in ‘liberating’ funds from that poor continent in order to help orphans and widows.

Being a little suspicious of any offer of free money, and also being aware of the nature and style of these con-tricks, I NEVER bite the bait…and nor should you.

These are just more attempts to get money or id details from you to advance some fraudulent schemes designed to steal your own hard earned cash from your bank.

If these people would put their efforts into a real job and to serving their country they’d do an awful lot better for themselves and their neighbours.

Global Cooling.

Just a rapid post to tell you that there is a definite trend in global climate that is not what the public are being force fed by bad science and the politicised media.
